Return & Replacement Policy

At The Blessing Shop, each photo frame is custom-made with love and great attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us.

REPLACEMENTS:

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or you receive     the wrong product, we offer a free replacement.

To be eligible:

    Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item as proof.

    Email or message us with your order ID and issue details.

Note:

    We may not be able to process replacement requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

RETURNS:

    Since our photo frames are personalized for each customer, returns are limited.

    We accept returns only for:

        Items not customized with your personal photo.

        Orders that are not framed or are ready-made designs (if applicable).

    Returns are NOT accepted for:

        Custom photo frames (where your photo is printed and framed).

        Framed items specifically made to order.

        Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders.

    If you are eligible and wish to return an item:

        Inform us within 5 days of delivery.

        Return the product in its original condition and packaging.

        Ship the item to our return address at your cost.

        Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. If the item shows signs of damage or use, a refund may be denied.
